Organic and Hemp Clothing

batikOne of the things holding most people back from purchasing organic clothing is the price tag.  On some of the sites that we’ve pulled together for you, a top costs nothing more ($24.95) than it would at any other online store.  In addition, organic and hemp clothing is often more durable, meaning it will last longer than a shirt that you get from a box store or the mall.

You should really consider making the switch to organic if you are an asthmatic or an allergy sufferer.  The bleach and other dyes used in conventional clothing can exacerbate allergies and asthma.  You definitely want to look into it for your kids.  Without further ado, the list:

Peaceful Disorder
Organic Cotton and Hemp Clothing for everyone

Gaiam, Inc.
Their apparel section is extensive and worth some exploration armed with a credit card and drool.  We like the organic intimates section.  And this t-shirt?  Hawt.

Rawganique

Purveyors of the hemp shower curtain mentioned before in this space, Rawganique is probably better known for their hemp clothing.  They even offer it in plus sizes!

Soul-Flower

This online tie-dye and organic cotton clothing boutique takes selling the stuff a few steps further and donates a portion of their profits to environmental causes.  They also do a lot more, check out the “About Us” page.
